Nós do AXIAL acreditamos que QUALQUER pessoa tem o direito de se expressar artisticamente ou jornalisticamente. No entanto sabemos que é muito difícil ter acesso às ferramentas de produção dado seu elevado valor, principalmente em paises do terceiro mundo. Asssim, nada mais justo e interessante que criar ferramentas novas, gratuitas, compartilháveis e democráticas para dar uma ajeitada nesse desequilíbrio. Não há sociedade que possa se constituir em plena democracia sem que os sistemas de comunicação desta sejam exemplarmente democráticos.
